Hi, I'm Raymond, new dex guardian in kedge house Tiller Road from 04 April 2025 to now. Based on my limited experience, I think Dex should be commended and encouraged for its respect for human life. This is contrary to my previous rentals. The space Dex offers for a single bed flat elsewhere is divided into three or even four bed flats and expensive price each single room. If tenants took their accommodations at Dex even a little seriously, I think there would be fewer complaints about maintenance. However, I express regret that their housing offers don't even allow for children. Regardless, for the rest of us, Dex is to be encouraged.

Very negative experience. Awful communication

Very negative experience. Boyd and Desilava's communication is awful. You often get no response, or they ask me to send my details which I have already sent over. Then they go quiet. Ads are still 'live' but then you find out the property is gone. Still the property is listed on Findaflat / SpareRoom.

Absolutely awful organisation

I was head guardian at a Dex property for two and a half years. These people are the worst collection of cowboys and charlatans imaginable, and as a prospective guardian or property owner I would run an absolute mile from them. The majority of the employees at Dex are completely incompetent and utterly disinterested. They ignore almost all attempts to report maintenance and other issues with the property. We regularly had no heating and hot water for weeks on end over the winter. The employees even seemed annoyed that we were reporting it. All the white goods that they provided were broken/non functional and were never fixed. Eventually there was an ongoing incident whereby a new guardian moved into one of the buildings on site and started stealing from the other guardians, and using illegal substances in the property. This was all proven and reported to Dex, who did nothing. I eventually moved out after having had several hundred pounds worth of my possessions stolen. Just an awful, awful organisation.

Deserve a zero rating

These charlatans are not fit for purpose, they blatantly ignore assaults,theft and antisocial behaviour from fellow guardians.They rarely answer the phone and ignore emails. They only area they are proactive in is rent collection.

Wonderful Professional Service

I applied for Guardianship and was put in touch with Dane, a guardian manager for DEX. Dane is a consumnate professional, responsive, reliable and efficient. His professionalism made the whole moving and guardianship process incredibly smooth. I would highly recommend DEX property management.

Really good choice!!!

Really good choice specially if you are thinking to become a property guardian and you consider the price!!! As well as, dex was there for the property needs(maintenance, etc.) And really cared about the residents.

Affordable and great service!

I've been living for 4 months in one of the properties they are managing. The process of signing up was really easy, the person who attended the viewing was really helpful and they managed to do all the paperwork in only 3 days. A couple of weeks after moving in the handle of my window got broken, I let them know and they fixed it in 2 days. The communication with them has been always really easy and they kept me informed of everything. Thank you guys!

Good company

Worst and most unprofessional…

The worst and most unprofessional property management business so far. Had drug addicts on property that got reported (use, possession and storage of drugs) that also did not adhere to the T&C. Ops manager literally demanded that I provide further evidence, meaning getting further involved with criminals. Filed a police report about the drug abuse, storage etc. DEX did not change anything, basically being indifferent about harbouring and use of illegal drugs on property. Also the property had lacking hot water and heating during Winter. DEX refused to offer alternative accommodation. I put them on notice and will get now all be dealt with through the courts.
