Thank you for everything Dentaprime, I had the best time and the new smile.

I had a consultation booked and the night before I was called out by work as I work in the Accident and Emergency department for the NHS. I called Dentaprime the following morning explaining why I couldn't attend the consultation and asked for a reschedule. The person I spoke to was very rude, a huge difference to when they took my £99 fee, he said that I had to pay another £99 and as I didn't adhere to their cancellation policy I will lose the £99 I had already paid. I work in the emergency department and for Dentaprime to not take this into consideration and be rude on top of that was not what I expected from any organisation, least of all an organisation that I may depend on for after care. After numerous emails and phone calls, they turned it on me as my own fault. I even provided proof that I was called in at 10pm the evening before and was working until 7am and that I am NHS Emergency Frontline staff, but they were all ignored. Stay away from Dentaprime!!!!
