Straight to the point: I'm currently 8 days away from fitting of my final teeth and cannot fault Dentaprime one bit. 19 k i was quoted by a local dentist . Dentaprime more than halved that for a start. The only bad reviews i can see really (google) are people that have had to cancel appointments. I had to cancel my first consultation after i couldn't make it . No way did i expect a refund and so i paid another £100 for a new appointment which was deducted from my final payment as promised I had 2 options regarding upper denture prices (1) spend 5k and get cheaper quality teeth OR (2) pay 3k more and get Zirconia ( better quality than my local dentist offered for the 19k THEY quoted) I took my lodger into the consultation room for her opinion on my options which contradicts one of the bad reviews about not allowing others to attend More to the point ,this is not just an immaculate dentist, its a very well oiled machine first and foremost The only niggle i can think of is trying to communicate by telephone sometimes. However there is a Wattsap number that you just simply type in your query to get a pretty quick response . I run a small business and the only poor review i received was about me not quoting a job when i should have done My point being is i did not carry out any work for them . Hence how can someone leave a bad review when they have not had any actual treatment by DP ????? I would imagine that for Dentaprime to keep costs down must run a very tight ship and cannot afford people missing appointments for a start whatever the reason. They're not perfect , no one is . The quality of service and the end product must surely speak for itself............ A+++++++

I was totally misled they promised no more than 9000 pounds, then it jumped to 19 000! £’s that is. Then they refused to give me a copy of my X-ray until the 30 day deadline! How awful is that!!!!!!

Everything appears top notch when you first visit and speak to them!! Problem is they give you a price but what they don't tell you is that if anything goes wrong with your implants?? They will attempt to charge you again to put it right again!!. Point being whatever price they quote you it could very possibly turn out to be far more expensive than you first thought?? And indeed more expensive than other quotes you have received. Go somewhere else where they tell the truth about warranties and or guarantees. " Don't be fooled by the professional manner in which they conduct themselves!!. My bad experience was in 2023 now I am with a better company with honest and clear warranties in place

Dr Ana is amazing and so thoughtful and gentle, all the staff are friendly, I would recommend Dentaprime to friends xx
