Went to dentaprime stratford and so far they have messed up my schedule, forgot about me for 4 months, the bridge they forced into my gum cracked and now telling me I have to pay for a fixing. I went in over two days, the bloke said hello, said his name rammed the bridge in my gum and left without asking if it hurt or if I was alright, nothing. I actually screamed out in pain. I was ushered out the reception door before i could say or do anything. I was trying to get a bottle of water out of my bag, to take my tablet, when the receptionist said were closed you have to go outside. I left absolutely in tears and pain. Christmas is here and I am now forced to starve until next year.

When Dr Yasmin treats me she explains everything, is caring and ensures at all stages that I am comfortable mentally as well as physically. She is faultless - as is my new smile.
