Easy, fast and great choices.
I like delivery.com because they have a variety of choices to chose from (depends on your location) but regardless it is easy, fast and I feel I have a wide array of choices to chose from. I have never had problems with delivery.com and I feel safe and secure to use the site. My favorite site to order food from.

Love the $8 off, hate the no time estimate
That $8 off $20, best deal around. But why don't you let me know how long it will take? I have to go to seamless to find out. I'm a busy girl, I want to know how long till my food gets here!

Great service but needs more vendors!
My wife and i use delivery.com frequently and are very happy with the service we get. Our only issue is that it has had the same vendors for the last couple of years and could do with more!

Wish I could give more stars
I use delivery.com to order food when I have forgotten to pack my lunch. I have had a few orders that I had to cancel and the money was refunded quickly. Customer service had been kind and courteous. No complaints.

My favorite food delivery site
I prefer delivery.com over its major competitors for one main reason -the delivery points. I also like that you can choose to pay in cash and that there are frequent email discounts. My only complaint would be that there isn't the greatest selection of merchants, although that has a lot to do with my neighborhood.

delivery.com - best thing ever happened for getting your food when you need and want it!
Yup - deivery.com is part of life in this town now - just can't do without it! And when you're just too tired to be bothered with eating out, delivery.com gets your dinner, and makes it happen for you fast and yummmy - yeehhh!!

Convenient
Very convenient and usually no issues. I did have one bad experience with a merchant and Delivery.com was very responsive and gave me a gift card. My only real gripe is that I wish they would provide an email confirmation AFTER the restaurant receives and confirms the order.

Always Good even if Bad
I use delivery.com pretty regularly and I have had way more good experiences than bad. On the few occasions an order doesn't come through correctly, customer support always rectifies the situation quickly and politely.

Works great. Mostly.
Never had too many problems with deliveries. There seems to be a mixup sometimes with Georgia's BBQ but other than that it's fine. Sometime the promo codes don't apply unless you relog in from the email promo (the promo code is somehow embedded in the link, not something you can cut an paste at order confirmation stage) so other than that it's fine. Love the $8 off promos.
