excellent application

It's good to have some competition in the food delivery service. The delivery.com website is easy to use and I like that you can set the option for pick up versus delivery. Not all of my favorite eateries are on the site but there's a decent sampling.

Very good experience. Ordered food using their service a couple of times and it was easy and fast. Customer support is very friendly and responsive.

Convenience through and through!

I've used delivery.com numerous times mostly without issue. My only complaints would be that on two occasions long after placing an order I received an email saying it had been cancelled by restaurant with little explanation. Also the site doesn't work on Safari on OS X.

I am happy with the service, but Delivery.com needs to get better time estimates and communication with restaurants like Seamless does.

I love delivery.com! It's convenient and highly accessible which is so important to me. The only problem I had was when I was at Jay Street on the A train line, I don't think that delivery.com has extended their services there because I couldn't get what I wanted to be delivered to me but when I'm at a school and home it is perfect! I use Delivery.com over other online ordering services for food. I find it easy to use and they always have a lot of discounts available. The referral and delivery point system is also great!

Hard to beat seamless but this can be better because it had different options and different discounts.

I've only used delivery.com twice to order alcohol, and both times there were issues with the merchant & they had to call me to explain why my orders couldn't be fulfilled as expected. one where the merchant had no way of delivering me my goods in the estimated time provided (said it would be the next day) & the other where the merchant didn't have what I ordered in stock. Both of these were AFTER I had already paid, so it was a very poor experience. Merchant delivery info & inventory should be up to date, and a transaction shouldn't go through if the merchant can't fulfill as promised.

Ive used them a few times for food delivery, they are fast and friendly. I got a great seafood soup. It was amazing.

The delivery.com service is fantastic and extremely helpful. The selection of food isn't so awesome.
