Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Excellent Service
I had never had to deal with a house sale before so was way out of my depth. The process was easy due to the guidance and help from Shirena Miah. She was fantastic, always called me to keep me updated and put my mind at rest. Shirena helped with the difficulties and quieres I had on the eWay portal as I am not tech savvy, with patience and understanding, explaining everything in simple terms so I understood. Shirena also always followed up any calls with her by email too and nothing was too much trouble. She was polite, empathetic (as I was dealing with my late father's house) and so friendly and easy to talk to. The whole experience was fantastic and as Shirena was the link between the the estate agents and probate, made my life a whole lot easier and less stressful. I highly recommend DC Law and Shirena. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future should I need their service again. Thank you DC Law and thank you Shirena.

As a first time buyer with absolutely no idea on the house buying process, I was initially quite stressed about the whole process however, Liam Ryan went above and beyond to help me out. He kept me updated at every step of the way and was good at explaining what was going on in lay terminology so I fully understood the process. Liam progressed things extremely quickly for me and kept what could have been a stressful time, an easy one. If I ever move again (I hope not!), I would most definitely use Liam/DC Law. The portal where documents are uploaded it also very easy to use. Thanks for all your help Liam!
