Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Case ref : 120406 Date DC Law instructed : February 2022 Case Details : Purchase of the family house from my brother. Phone calls made by myself to Southport and St. Ives offices: over one hundred. Status as of 27 September 2024. : Still ongoing, still phoning DC law, still unresolved.

Great service from DC Law & Laurence, easy to get hold of and good communication all the way through the process. Let us know if he wouldn't be available on certain days had someone cover for him so things still progressed. I would highly recommend DC Law.

Empathetic but professional; kind but efficient
I feel very lucky that my conveyancer was Iain Fleming. Buying and selling a house can be extremely stressful, and there were particular circumstances in my personal life that made it even more difficult than it would normally be. Iain was efficient but kind, empathetic but professional. I would absolutely go to DC Law again and strongly recommend them to others.

Laurence was great! I only spoke to him twice on the phone, but communication was very clear, he answered my emails quickly, was very understanding when my sale was held up on the buyers end and I was kept well informed at every stage of my sale. I would throughly recommend this firm.

Fairly straightforward - good digital tools
DC Law came via agent recommendation due to short (5-6 weeks) completion timetable. In general, pretty smooth experience and Esme our conveyancer did a professional job. The digital dashboard & communication tool is very good and allows saving of all relevant documentation for the future. Whilst completion ended up being a week late, this was down to back & forth enquiries between solicitors and ultimately, the solicitor is ensuring your interests are protected.

Absolutely top notch! Sam B. what can we say, absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. He took the time to explain the process and guide us through the whole process. When we felt stressed, he had managed to calm us and put our mind at rest!
