Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

Terrible
Terrible. Recommended by purple bricks for house sale. A bunch of clueless telesales type staff only interested in the commission from gathering your details(I'm sure they have solicitors at some point). I was selling house after a split. They gave me access to my exes bank statement. Luckily we are still on friendly terms. But for couples that aren't, that is a potentially deadly mistake. After initial contact and forms littered with mistakes, it took them 3 days, 6 phone calls, 2 emails, and a voicemail to respond to an important query. Do not use this company.

Never Answer Phone!
Struggling massively with our conveyor. Never replies to emails or answers phone. Estate agent and Sellers solicitor are both very frustrated with us as it is slowing down the sale hugely and we are now at risk of chain collapsing. We are cash buyer this should have gone through ages ago. Tried 3 different contact numbers today and had noone answer phone at all! Purchase is for a vulnerable person and we were promised a July completion and its now end of September and we are no closer.

Thank goodness for Rachel Samosa who got the sale over the line after many months & many other names (who appeared to do nothing at all unless chased) The lack of communication between the solicitors, not to mention the client was really bad. The original estimate given for completion was 25 May & here we are 4 months later. Identification which should have been completed at the outset was left hanging. Your procedures seem to be disorganised & the staff deal with issues on a reactive basis instead of being given time to be proactive. I was not impressed with the firm which was recommended by the Co-op, until Rachel took the reins & actually got things done. She was also the only person out of about 5, who answered her phone & answered emails. Before she took over I had left countless messages & sent lots of emails which were never replied to. Thank you Rachel Samosa.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Jen for all her hard work during our move. Whilst working with incompetence either side of our chain, Jen persisted through some tricky situations. Completion of house sale September 2024
Our file had to be transferred to a new conveyancer, Cheryl England, due to the absence of our original conveyancer. This was late in the process and at a time I was considering withdrawing from the sale due to problems at the buyers end. Due to the diligence and I am sure a lot of background work by Cheryl we managed to complete on the date I had set as my deadline. Many thanks to all concerned.
