Thank goodness for Rachel Samosa who got the sale over the line after many months & many other names (who appeared to do nothing at all unless chased) The lack of communication between the solicitors, not to mention the client was really bad. The original estimate given for completion was 25 May & here we are 4 months later. Identification which should have been completed at the outset was left hanging. Your procedures seem to be disorganised & the staff deal with issues on a reactive basis instead of being given time to be proactive. I was not impressed with the firm which was recommended by the Co-op, until Rachel took the reins & actually got things done. She was also the only person out of about 5, who answered her phone & answered emails. Before she took over I had left countless messages & sent lots of emails which were never replied to. Thank you Rachel Samosa.
