Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Efficient and Professional
We decided to use DC Law and haven’t been disappointed. We were allocated Emily Sibley at the St Ives office and she has been amazing from start to finish. She’s kept us informed and answered any questions / queries we’ve had along the way in a very timely manner. The eWay portal is excellent. The communication has been brilliant, even when Emily was unexpectedly out of the office we had a prompt reply from Harry Cotton in her absence. Would highly recommend.

After a disappointing start with the the sale & purchase of our property's with DC Law, Iain Fleming then took over our case constructing the portal restoring our faith in DC Law. Iain was always contactable & acted in a professional & friendly manner, pulling everything together even though the sellers solicitors constantly caused delays Iain was on hand to push them & get everything sorted for us in the end. Efficient, professional service
DC Law acted for us in the sale of our house in 2024. Our point of contact was Maymuna Mobsher. The sale process, which was managed through the eWay portal, was very efficient. However, what impressed me most was the ability to contact Maymuna, without any difficulty, to address any issues or concerns along the way. This was put to the test often as our buyer kept delaying, pulling out, coming back then pulling out again. Maymuna provided a friendly, professional service which I can heartily recommend.

Harry Cotton!
We were fortunate enough to have Harry Cotton as our conveyancer. Nothing was too much trouble for Harry, always getting back to us with any questions we had immediately and going above and beyond (including really helpful advice when our boiler blew up!) We also had incredibly positive comments on Harry by the estate agents representing our seller. Should be HC law!

Two cases on our online thing
Two cases on our online thing. One for our house for sale. The other one is for a flat that has nothing to do with us. On ringing to query this mistake, they tried to urge us to complete form. The flat address has now been removed, but the case number is still there with other details. I am totally confused

Avoid at all costs
I have been helping a client sell his flat since November 2023 when he accepted an offer. We used DC Law as Haart who found the buyer recommended them. It has been the most frustrating experience, they don't keep you updated, take forever to respond to emails, follow-up on phone calls and show a complete lack of urgency or initiative in anything they do. We are currently going through their complaints procedure ref: D200088.00001 if DC Law need that for reference. Avoid at all costs if you want to successfully complete.
