Avoid at all costs
I have been helping a client sell his flat since November 2023 when he accepted an offer. We used DC Law as Haart who found the buyer recommended them. It has been the most frustrating experience, they don't keep you updated, take forever to respond to emails, follow-up on phone calls and show a complete lack of urgency or initiative in anything they do. We are currently going through their complaints procedure ref: D200088.00001 if DC Law need that for reference. Avoid at all costs if you want to successfully complete.
