Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. Our conveyance solicitor was Liam Ryan and though-out the whole process he was always on hand to help with any questions or query’s we had. I couldn’t have wished for a better person to help us though this. I will be recommending DC law to everyone I know in the future and will 100% be using there services again

DC Law = Efficient and great
The team, especially Kate Hough, made this an easy and efficient process, when we queried anything she responded quickly and clearly, which compared to our previous solicitors, Gilson Gray (who I would recommend no one to go with), was an absolute delight. The portal/website used to keep track of the process and notifications received for any outstanding tasks also made it efficient to save us keep hassling the solicitors when we can check the portal and keep an eye on progress. I would most definitely use DC Law again, I highly recommend them.

Expected a higher standard
Although some of the issues were quite minor (however some were not) we felt that the sheer number of issues just kept mounting up. Consequently we felt that overall customer service was poor, attention to detail was poor, communication was poor and ultimately we were not filled with confidence by the entire process. Finally a distinct lack of apology when it was quite obvious there were failings, was very irritating. It's a shame, because some aspects were quite good.

Slow start, good finish
Once reviews of progress became frequent on my part, my house sale progressed well. I did have a very slow start, but the solicitor became easy to contact via phone or email once I pointed out difficulties. The online portal is very clear to understand and follow for progress.

If you like reading AI generated fake reviews then you will love DC law. These guys cost my wife and i about £10k due to their inability to perform the most basic of conveyancing procedures (proof of freehold for their client) within 9 months. They only get recommended by estate agents as they get a nice big kick back
