Expected a higher standard
Although some of the issues were quite minor (however some were not) we felt that the sheer number of issues just kept mounting up. Consequently we felt that overall customer service was poor, attention to detail was poor, communication was poor and ultimately we were not filled with confidence by the entire process. Finally a distinct lack of apology when it was quite obvious there were failings, was very irritating. It's a shame, because some aspects were quite good.
