Speedy Purchase
I was purchasing a house and was on a tight deadline for when I needed to move in. All of my friends told me that based on their own experiences there was no way. But Caitlin and DC Law made it happen
A Conveyancer you can trust
The task of moving & all that goes with it is pretty much a roller coaster of emotions and stressful.This is only made easier by having a Conveyancer like Christopher Stones who is professional & on piont with all that's to be dealt with. I highly recommend Christopher & should I ever need a Conveyancer DC law are the only firm i would consider. kind regards & many thanks Peter Morris.

If I could give this company zero stars⦠If I could give this company zero stars I would! If you value your mental health id strongly advise you do not use this company. A house sale which should have taken about three months to complete went on for six months. During this six month period communication was terrible, conveyancer sometimes didn't answer phone for nine or ten days and when he did trying to get information was like pulling teeth. The online hub is never updated with any new information either. The house was an inheritance from my mother to me and my brother and on completion a payment should have been made to each one of us instead all monies were transferred to my sister in laws bank account?!!! It wasn't even her house. I could sit here for a week and list every individual moment of pure hell but I'm only just recovering from the six months of trauma that I've been through and can't face reliving it. Please don't let an estate agent recommend this company to you, they only do it to receive a back hander. If this review saves another person from going through the trauma that me and my brother have been through then I've done a good job... please avoid this company Date of experience: November 15, 2024

DCLaw, the good and the bad.
We were introduced to DC Law by Co op Legal Services, the latter were dealing with our late father's probate, the former to deal with his house sale. You'll have to get used to dealing with an app to see progress and view updates, however you will be appointed a solicitor at the outset. You'll have a direct email and a phone number, but we quickly discovered our representative was not communicative, not replying to calls or emails. This led to a complaint, excuses from the company, then a newly appointed solicitor, Rachel Samosa. What a difference! She was efficient, polite, courteous and totally on top of the task. If we had a question it was quickly answered and pleasingly the sale was completed without too many further complications. It goes to show that a company is only as good as those who work for it. Go with Rachel and you'll be in good hands.
