Terrible…
If I could give this company zero stars… If I could give this company zero stars I would! If you value your mental health id strongly advise you do not use this company. A house sale which should have taken about three months to complete went on for six months. During this six month period communication was terrible, conveyancer sometimes didn't answer phone for nine or ten days and when he did trying to get information was like pulling teeth. The online hub is never updated with any new information either. The house was an inheritance from my mother to me and my brother and on completion a payment should have been made to each one of us instead all monies were transferred to my sister in laws bank account?!!! It wasn't even her house. I could sit here for a week and list every individual moment of pure hell but I'm only just recovering from the six months of trauma that I've been through and can't face reliving it. Please don't let an estate agent recommend this company to you, they only do it to receive a back hander. If this review saves another person from going through the trauma that me and my brother have been through then I've done a good job... please avoid this company Date of experience: November 15, 2024
