DCLaw, the good and the bad.
We were introduced to DC Law by Co op Legal Services, the latter were dealing with our late father's probate, the former to deal with his house sale. You'll have to get used to dealing with an app to see progress and view updates, however you will be appointed a solicitor at the outset. You'll have a direct email and a phone number, but we quickly discovered our representative was not communicative, not replying to calls or emails. This led to a complaint, excuses from the company, then a newly appointed solicitor, Rachel Samosa. What a difference! She was efficient, polite, courteous and totally on top of the task. If we had a question it was quickly answered and pleasingly the sale was completed without too many further complications. It goes to show that a company is only as good as those who work for it. Go with Rachel and you'll be in good hands.
