ICE COLD

A lot of the fake reviews pertaining to CSM can be easily countered by the experience of the residents of Woodlands Manor apartments in Belfast. These people had CSM as their property management company. CSM turned their gas supply off for a year or more and decided to do little or nothing in getting it back up and running in a timely manner. These poor people had to go to leisure centres to have hot showers and could not even heat their apartments/homes during an icy cold winter. The cold kills, CSM did not care one jot for the welfare of these people CSM only cared about taking their money.

Terrible service ..

Terrible service ... I've been trying to resolve many issues (which our block of apartments experiencing) with them. Unfortunately the matters/issues haven't been resolved from beginning of November 2024 (now is may 2025). They very rarely respond to emails (sometimes after a month or longer) or if they respond, the answers are not to questions/issues mentioned in the emails;

CSM has been managing our buy-to-let property for nearly two years. Their tenant finding service is thorough, and they conduct comprehensive reference checks. Regular property inspections give peace of mind, and their maintenance contractors do quality work. The monthly statements make tax time much easier.

Fake Reviews

Dont be fooled everyone. Just look at the review praising a guy called "Lee Magill" A day later a review comes in praising a "Lee" from a person called "Noleen MAGILL" This is a tactic frequently used by Lisa and Brain the two managing directors. Research their previous company "CCTV WOW" you'll have a giggle at that and when your done laughing, look at the accounts on company house. Brain is involved in more sinking companies than some administrators are. He knows more about pasty baps than he knows about the property industry. I have had problems for years with this company and have recently recieved a email from a legal practice asking for my input in a potential joints residents claim against CSM. It's exciting to see how things will play out for these two in the future. You cant keep the plates spinning forever!

CSM were extremely helpful in an emergency

I had an issue with a bathroom flood that was rectified pretty much immediately by CSM. It was a really stressful situation and the girl I spoke with, Amy, was really helpful and really lovely even when I got myself into a bit of a flap. I couldn't fault them 5*

Great Experience and very Professional

This company is fantastic, it is efficient and professional in all aspects of its work. I contacted them and spoke with some young man Lee, he was helpful, polite and courteous and nothing was too much bother. My query was resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend using them.

Excellent Service

Excellent company - very professional service provided when renting through CSM. Lee Magill helped us with keeping track of the application process and we were able to secure a suitable house at a reasonable price. Great service.

So unprofessional, its hard to believe.

We bought a new build within a new development and CSM was the company that was given the contract from the start, so through no choice of our own we got stuck with them. It speaks volumes that when asked to justify their costs, they dropped our development like a stone and informed all residents that they would no longer be 'managing' our development and by manage i mean cut the small patch of grass outside. This company wil lcharge you a fortune to do very little until you ask them to explain their actions, then they wil lcut ties with you and negelct to pass on the required information to allow you to get a replacement. For your own sake, avoid.

This company is a joke ...

This company is a joke .... David Carlisle has been threatening me due to a birdbath in a common area ...something very wrong with this company, I have received two payments for £100000 . They never do site visits , never answer your emails or calls . The fire exits are blocked by other residents, the whole company is a disgrace.

Shocking

Shocking. Waiting over a year for an explanation regarding the conduct of Helena and Andrea and nothing. Lisa Glennon is a disgrace. But yet I have received a letter saying I haven’t paid (when I have). Worst company I have ever came across.
