They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

I booked flights with Crystal Travel 3 days ago and the following day realised that the correct date of birth on my confirmation email did not match with that on the airline e- ticket. I contacted Crystal Travel and the matter was resolved within 24 hours. I would like to thank Alfred for dealing with the matter quickly and efficiently and keeping in touch with me at all times.

Great customer servive
Booking through an agent can sometimes be daunting and worrisome, but Ronald made the process very easy for me. Ronald was very courteous and willing to go the extra mile to ensure booking my flight was as stress free as possible. He has offered assistance as often as I need. Good travel agent
I would say Oscar was great dealing with my request and trip so far went great. It was difficult to get hold of him during my trip and my return flight changed and I lost out on money and I had to use another airline in the end. It was difficult to get emails across and the difficulty of rebooking with another airline cost me another £400.
