We booked our flights to India using Crystal Travel. The customer service was great in accommodating our request to keep our tickets within budget. Thanks Joy Wilson for all your help!
They didn't honour the price advertised
The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.
