Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

Went direct to Emma who we had dealt with before. We told her the cruise we were interested and she was able to give us an excellent price which no other cruise booking companies could get anywhere near.

I’d chosen the cruise that I had wanted to secure but had a few questions before booking. Mikey was very knowledgeable and helpful. All questions were answered fully, all extras were processed swiftly. A great experience. We have booked with cruise 1st for a number of years and believe they are good value for money with packages ATOL protected.
