Cruise1st is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and expensive.
Easy but thorough process. I called and was quickly put through to an agent. The whole process was explained to me as we went along and I always felt at my ease. I will definitely be using cruise1st again to book my next cruise. They were also the cheapest amongst several cruise agents that I could find
Overall great but did not realise that there would be so many children on board. Seating in the lounge area could do with more.
The person I booked the cruise with was a great help and gave me good advise
Although we knew what we wanted, Victoria took the time to ensure we understood exactly what was included on the cruise.

When I made enquiries about this cruise David was great he explained everything I needed to know ,he did everything he could to accommodate what we wanted.this is our 2nd big holiday with Cruise1st and every thing is what we wanted.

Just made our first booking with this company and I have to say that Mikey is the man to get an honest and heartfelt description of what to expect from cruising. This is the 11th time I’ve booked a cruise through Cruise 1st. Always a pleasure talking to staff. They are so courteous helpful and professional. They always know exactly what I’m looking for and provide a great holiday from flights cruise and hotel accommodation if needed.

Martin was very help full and although it was a difficult job for him as I had to change dates destinations and other things a few times due to work commitments, I finally booked 2 cruises this year. I have been a customer since 2018 and have booked 5 times with them and never been disappointed Cant beat cruise 1st

First time I have used Cruise 1st and the customer service provided by Mary was exceptional. She was thorough, experienced and just there to respond, even late at night! Her ability in actioning requests almost immediately was outstanding. Because of Mary I will return in the future to Cruise 1st.

Unfortunately was not impressed with this company. Customer service is poor. Staff not too friendly. Expensive then offers seen on TV. Had to do all paperwork ourselves and print all off. Lots of info thrown at you to read and sort ourselves. Templates not easy to fill. Call back appalling and sometimes non existent. Apart from booking and checking with MSC of availability, we had to do everything. Could have gone directly to MSC and booked it all ourselves and may have saved some money! Also they close at 5pm !!!! Definitely would not use them again !!
