Poor after sales service
Booked a cruise in August 2023 for 8 which now needs to be changed. Sent an email and still waiting 2 weeks later for a reply. I called customer services and was told I may need to wait a month!!!!! What type of business is this when you need to wait a month for a reply. Spoke to a person called Kelvin who refused to give me his surname. According to him he is the only Kelvin in the company! I originally booked the cruise with Martin Bowe, service was faultless because he wanted a sale and commission. I say this because once he got his sale his service disappeared. I have sent him emails and called him for help but he has ignored everything. After this experience I will NEVER book with this company again. Back to Planet Cruise for me. You spend over 13k and this is what you get for it.
