Booked a 7 night Northern European cruise with Michael Thomas. This is our second holiday booked through Michael with cruise1st and as expected another outstanding service. Michaels knowledge in cruising is exceptional and is, as always extremely helpful, genuine and friendly making it a very pleasant experience to book. Michael you are a credit to Cruise1st.
Absolutely blown away by the standard of service received from Kirsty Charman at Cruise 1st. She has been so patient with me helping to answer every question I had. Her knowledge has been fantastic and so helpful. I cannot fault her in any way, her standard of customer care and service is superb and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much Kirsty you're a credit to the company I hope they appreciate what a fantastic employee they have on their team.
Terrible customer service, bad employee attitude, not doing what they say they will, still waiting for my call back from the manager several days later. Do not use this company as once you've paid they don't care about your issues. We travel regularly. Recently travelled on a Princess cruise in September 2033, had 2 other Princess cruises booked with cruise 1st. We had issues onboard in September, many issues including medical ones which make it unsuitable for repeat travel and as a result wanted to change our march 2024 princess trip. We requested the £360 deposit be transferred to our August 2024 Princess cruise and were advised this was not possible. We were advised we would lose the full deposit and it could not be transferred to our other Princess booking or refunded. If we booked another cruise we would lose over £200. Bad attitude when trying to resolve this, no empathy, was told I'd signed up to their T&C's (despite these not being received until more than 24 hours after the deposit paid so could not have been aware before booking). Spent hours on the phone trying to discuss options, no empathy, manager has still not rang back several days later. Spoke to princess direct and they advised it is cruise1st who keeps the £360 deposit. Cruise1st deny this. I have not left a poor review for a company before though feel strongly customers should be aware of this one so am writing this There are so many cruise companies with better customer service.
