Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

Our agent Rachel was very informative, extremely patient with our back and forth holding the holiday, answering lots of questions and finding out more information that we required. We have only paid a deposit so will be able to review our holiday more once we have returned but I hope it all runs as efficiently as the booking process.
We were recommended to book a river cruise with this company ,which we have. It will be our first river cruise therefore we were a little hesitant. However we have found the booking experience so easy with Rebeca who was very professional and attentive to our requirements.we intend to give a further review after the cruise, which starts late August 2025.

Thanks go to Rebeca for a professional (no pressure sales) approach to information on Danube cruises. We have been on P and O and other cruises but this is our first River Cruise. We discussed by phone and e mail three different companies and finally decided on the Melodies of the Danube for its variety and price etc. Thank you . Rachel was very helpful from the start & wasn't pushy when I said i needed to talk to my friends before we made a booking. I rang back the next day with a couple of questions & then booked the cruise. Hopefully the cruise will be as good & smooth as the booking.
