Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. Great company and great prices. It is so nice to find a travel agent where someone answers the phone quickly and there aren't hundreds of options to choose before you can talk to a person. I was looked after by Rachel who was wonderful. I had lots of questions as this was our first cruise and she was very knowledgeable about the particular cruise we wanted, and had all the answers. She was not pushy, let us decide in our own time and responded quickly with the different quotes. The only problem is finding this company on internet searches as it doesn't come up easily, but when you find them, stick with them.

Rebecca was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She had been on one of the river cruises and explained clearly what to expect regarding the cabins. We spoke several times on the phone and she was always happy and cheerful and gave advice on different cruises. I have passed the phone number to two friends who are thinking of going on river cruises.
