Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well. We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
Have spoken to Raechel over the last few days and that lady gives you confidence in her knowledge of the trip that you are requesting and get a good conclusion It was worthwhile to go outside the box of thinking you don't always have to go direct to the travel company selling the same product Well done Crui.se
Rebecca Mann handled our recent booking of a river cruise travelling up the Danube next June . She answered any questions we had and made the whole process very easy so we are very happy with the service received so far from Crui.se. I'm sure we will have more questions as the date of our holiday gets nearer but we're confident that they will be addressed and that we're in safe hands with this agent

Booked a Rhine river cruise with Rachel, she was very friendly and helpful but not pushy which is what we like. Happy with the service & would recommend with no hesitation
I had booked another cruise with Rivieria about a month ago, not realising they they dealt through agents. I found another of their cruises and a web search revealed that Crui,se are an agent they deal through. I sent Crui.se an email enquiry and they responded promptly by phone. They gave me a discount from the cruise line's price. My wife and I have medical issues requiring assistance on both the flights and the cruise. Rebecca undertook to obtain our requirements from the cruise company to avoid me having to go through them over again. I thought that the discussion was thorough and friendly manner. All of my questions were answered. Crui.se are a relatively new and small company. They have ABTA protection and ambitions to grow. If they continue to provide this level of service, then I am sure that the growth will come
Just booked a Rhone river cruise for next May. Rachel was brilliant. My friend and I wanted single cabins and Rachel was so friendly, helpful, professional and efficient that we felt confident to book easily, (with cabins next door to each other). As previous reviewers have said Rachel is exceptionally easy to deal with - she understands exactly what you want and does her very best to achieve it! A credit to the company. We look forward to keeping in touch and enjoying our cruise next year.
Thinking that I was booking my holiday with SAGA, I was surprised to be contacted by Alfred Gadsby from Crui.se; a company that I was not familiar with. However, the experience was first class and Alfie put me at ease and made the booking very easy for me. Well done Crui.se; an unexpected and pleasant experience.
Rachel listened at all times to what we wanted. We ended up with everything we asked for including the cabin. I was a little dubious not booking direct with Riviera Travel, but there was no issues and Rachel could not have been more helpful or patient. Cannot wait for this fantastic cruise and will look to book another with Crui.se in the very near future.
