Courier Expert claims to be a transparent company, stating that drivers receive 60% of the amount paid by the customer. But after weeks of testing and cross-checking their system, we can confidently say: this is not true. Before writing this review, we tested the same scenario multiple times over several weeks, and the results were always the same. If you go on their website as a customer and request a quote, you will see one price. But the exact same job appears in the driver app with a lower “customer price,” and drivers are offered 60% based on that reduced figure — not the actual amount charged to the customer. I would attach a screenshot comparison, but unfortunately cannot at the moment. Still, any registered driver can verify this easily. This is not an isolated case or a technical glitch — it’s a consistent pattern. So Courier Expert, how do you explain advertising honesty and transparency while using two different pricing systems?

I signed up for more than 1 year and they only gave me 1 job. Even though the job was posted 15 minutes away for collection, they still didn't assign it to me. I don't think this company is efficient. If you are counting on a stable job, don't sign up with them. I hope the company managers see this post.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but unfortunately the minimum is 1. Absolutely terrible app. There are barely any available jobs, and most of them require the customer to pre-pay before you can even apply. Such pre-paid jobs appear extremely rarely across the entire UK, leaving you with almost zero chances to actually get any work. I purchased the so-called “lifetime” contract for £300 at the end of March. After nearly 3 months, I’ve only managed to complete 4 jobs, which haven’t even covered the cost of the subscription. I applied for 26 jobs — simply because there were no more available to apply for. Not a single one of my other applications was accepted, even when I agreed to their ridiculously low rates and was located right next to the collection point. They claim that after completing 100 jobs, they will refund your money. But with this kind of job availability, that could easily take 10 years. Customer support is non-existent — no response to emails, no answer to phone calls, complete silence. Frankly, you might as well just give me £300 and I’ll maybe send you one job per month — or maybe not. Total scam. Don’t waste your money. Companies like this should simply be shut down.

Onboarding process clean and straightforward. Having used the app for a couple of weeks now, I feel it was worth the membership. Their rates are reasonable and the team are great. Not enough work to use solely, but great for part time, backloads, and inspiration.

If I can rate this 0 stars I would I've purchased there app round about almost 300 pound and they say it's for life time. But it's been 1 week literally no jobs to bid or see. Keep telling them I ain't getting no work they don't care. Wasted my money on the app that don't give u work at all.

I've now been driving for CE for just under a year, I can't say I knew what to expect as I hadn't really done a lot of delivery work in the past and didn't want to do multidrop work. Looking through the reviews was a bit of a mixed bag, but the fact that CE reply to the negative reviews with explanations helped me make the decision to join. I've found working for CE to be quite enjoyable, I don't do the work to make a living but just to fill in some gaps in my schedule, the app is very good (fast, easy to read/navigate), I've always been paid on time. The support team are always very helpful as well, either over email or a quick phone call when on the road. Job availability is the one area I have the most issue, you can never really tell where jobs are going to come from so trying to plan and anticipate can get a little frustrating (not CEs fault, just the market). Looking forward to things getting better and busier 😁
