Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

Service above and beyond normal. Excellent!!
My colleague and I arrived at MadeSimple Offices at 5:00pm - we thought offices were open to 5:30pm (web site says this!). Anyhow - young lady on reception let us and went beyond call of duty to help us complete our registration. Cannot thank her enough and sing her praises - well done!!

I have only had to call for help a few…
I have only had to call for help a few times as it's a very user friendly website. Both times I have had to call for help, I have experienced such wonderful customer service it was like calling up a friend for help. They are really driven to make your experience as easy as possible, and this is coming from someone who is in their first year of running a business. The are attentive and just personable. I had wonderful help from Kelsey and will be sure to ask for her directly - albeit the whole team is great - for future help!
