Great company to use when setting up a business.
Bank account application
It would have really helped if all the details for the business accounts including what they were offering was included rather than expecting customers to make a choice from the limited list with limited info. I choose to go with another company recommended to me but if i had waited there was some really good offers from the company (I choose from the list) as i could not move on with my registration. The offers were not clear.

I set up the company in Scotland but…
I set up the company in Scotland but because I put the private address on this it looks like I'm based in London. I was not told this would be my official operating address ie England instead of my home address in Scotland. Spoke to a lady on the phone who instantly got on the defence with me and her attitude was really was uncalled for. Basically talked over me and treated the phone call as if it was a high level court case, I only asked if there could be more information to advise others that they shouldn't use the private London address if they want to trade from another country in the UK. Other people I have spoken to are usually fine especially the guy I spoke to today who was actually calm and really helpful. Basically I paid for a full year but now I have to dissolve it.
