AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and donβt overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). Iβve lost Β£160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and itβs not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

Amazing Service
Amazing - if i've ever had a problem or query the person on the other end of the phone is super lovely and eager to help. Couldn't ask for a friendlier service. On top of that their young driver insurance policy, for me, was much more affordable compared to a lot of other companies, especially when getting first-time car insurance.
