AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

The person I spoke to I think his name…
The person I spoke to I think his name was Richard was very helpful and was able to renew my insurance after I had issues with it online, he did this with no issue and explained why it didn’t work online. Very helpful and a satisfying experience. This has generally been the case with Collingwood over the last year I’ve been insured with them.
