AVOID COLLINGWOOD AT ALL COSTS! Take into consideration all negative reviews and don’t overlook it like I did!!! Before purchasing I called them to double check everything and was mislead over the phone, which made me go for the worse option. I misunderstood the fine prints because they were not clearly written, and are also misleading. Not to mention the spelling mistakes over the emails exchanged. I purchased learner insurance for a set amount of months, passed my driving test before the policy ended and they are refusing to refund the money for the months I will not use the learner insurance (which I have no option but to cancel). I’ve lost £160. They are claiming I never spoke to one of their agents which is a lie. Why would I have bought a policy over others without having spoken to anyone? Do not recommend them in the slightest! Go for reputable insurance companies instead, cheap becomes costly and it’s not worth it! Regardless of policy you go for its clear that you will be at loss!

Sarah she’s always friendly and helpful, when I started to work as taxi driver, she help in way that she gave me confidence in setting even though it’s wasn’t her role and her advise help me in my role and responsibilities.

Purchased 8 weeks of learner insurance…

Purchased 8 weeks of learner insurance and managed to get a cancellation and pass my test. I started the policy on a sunday the 5th and passed my test on thursday the 16th. However i was struggling to actually cancel the policy as i couldnt figure it out. I managed to do this on sunday the 19th at around 15 minuted past midnight. Which according to them means i went over by 14 days. And now im being refused and sort of refund for the policy thats is cancelled so the car cant even be used and i dont get a refund. I wasnt asking for a full refund just for what i havent used. Disappointed doesnt even come close. Will not be recommending to anyone I know

Sarah has been amazing from 1st phone call to today as new driver for taxis told me the ins and outs also has a little chat with you while renewing insurance as are quick calls. Very efficient and quick.
