Six weeks of complete failure by BT solved by Chigwell Satellite! Chigwell Satellite came to my aid in just a few days to install Starlink and TP Link boosters to my Office and home. Achieved in a few hours with competence, kindness and high professionalism. I would strongly recommend them.

Chigwell installed starlink broadband…
Chigwell installed starlink broadband at my property where we couldn’t get good internet. Tidy installation. Everything discussed before started drilling any walls to make sure happy with locations. Dan very polite engineer and knowledgeable. Helped setup account and talked through everything setting up.

Truly excellent company
I had problems with my Sky+ HD Box. Sky refused to send an engineer out , quoting “ They no longer stocked Sky+ Boxes or their components “ therefore won’t repair them. I phoned Richard at Chigwell Satellite who asked what the problem was, and identified it as being a faulty cable connection and not a box problem. On a second occasion I had problems recording and watching sky programs. Again Richard correctly identified this as a setup problem and talked me through the process over the phone , so saving me 2 call out charges. I can’t recommend Chigwell Satellite highly enough, in particular Richard Adoor.

Humax satellite box
I live in France and Amazon would not deliver a satellite box…I read various reviews about Chigwell Satelite and decided to call them…I’m so glad I did because Daniel not only went through the different models and the advantages he put one in the post the same day…It arrived promptly and although it was a reconditioned model it looked brand new with all the necessary fittings and booklet…I can now watch U.K. television with all the advantages of recording etc..Thank you Daniel…. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone…

Starlink satellite internet
We had Starlink satellite based broadband internet intalled in our property. Spoke with Richard who was very helpful and within a few days Dan the Engineer arrived promtly and the instulation and set up was completed within a few hours. Thank you Richard and the team. Will definitely recommend and use in the future.

Chigwell satellite 5 star customer service. SKY manufacturing 1 star
So, bottom line Chigwell satellite are sending me another box, they rang and were very polite and helpful, it seems its just my bad luck is all. Customer service 5 star, I've just been unlucky. I just hope the 3rd box works for longer than a week, will keep you informed. Thanks for your help, I'm going to give a 5 star rating, (for customer service) and a 1 star to sky manufacturing techniques.
