I had problems with my Sky+ HD Box. Sky refused to send an engineer out , quoting “ They no longer stocked Sky+ Boxes or their components “ therefore won’t repair them. I phoned Richard at Chigwell Satellite who asked what the problem was, and identified it as being a faulty cable connection and not a box problem. On a second occasion I had problems recording and watching sky programs. Again Richard correctly identified this as a setup problem and talked me through the process over the phone , so saving me 2 call out charges. I can’t recommend Chigwell Satellite highly enough, in particular Richard Adoor.
