I was trying to find a property for my first rental, and moving as far as from the north west to the south coast my experience with Charters, in particular estate agent Lily, made this stress free and easy. I was able to find my perfect first home, highly recommend Charters if you’re looking for a property to rent or buy!!
Was super anxious going into this process, but Holly has been wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable, and has been there for every question I’ve had responding personally and quickly.

I have been a tenant with charters for four years, we have recently had a new property manager called Ash Lovell ,he has been the most attentive and professional property manager. We were impressed with his support, friendliness and promptness. We recently had some maintenance issues within the property in which meant the heating was not functioning, Ash ensured this was resolved ASAP.
Chloe Osborne has recently taken over as the property manager for our rental properties at Charters Chandlers Ford branch. She is conscientious, and has excellent, detailed and timely communications, keeping us up to date with any issues. She quickly took on board a few active repairs and has resolved them. Danielle Bailey, the director of property management, was also very approachable and helpful when I have seen her in branch.
Charlie Steele-Manley has provided an excellent service helping to manage one of our properties and could I could not recommend more highly. Always going above and beyond with speed and efficiency. I can’t thank you enough!

Great Service from Lilly and Harrison. After hearing that my tenant had served notice last week. Lilly and Harrison got my property on the market and let within 24 hours of being on Rightmove. We listed with Charters in May 2024 and completed in March 2025. There were hurdles along the way which Charters helped us navigate. Initial interaction was with Mark who we signed up with. Soon after Ollie the branch Manager, and his staff were very helpful. Finally, a special thanks to Jo who progressed the sale and was with us throughout the journey & always kept us in the loop. If you're selling or buying in Winchester Charters should always be strongly considered.
