I've used this site for 3 summers in a row and have been happy with the options and the "worry-free" option. It has always been useful and I was able to fully refund the excess relatively easily. Overall, I am satisfied with the wide range of options and good prices that I can find there.

Bait and Switch…stay away
CarRentals.co.uk falsely advertised the rental as “In Terminal”. Once paid, it was switched to be a “shuttle” option without any details of the shuttle. When I complained, they just said, yeah too bad, we advertised that way but what matters is what’s on the voucher. This is an illegal bait and switch tactic.
