5 star service every time. Fantastic value for money, never had an issue.
Excellent value and support
Easy to book, reasonable rate and excellent support during and after rental period. All inclusions fully explained and documented, providing warnings not to be coerced into hire desk add ons that are already included in the hire rate.

Really efficient booking/ pick up
Really efficient booking/ pick up, no queue. I think the car was an up grade on the car booked, so good value for money. Only improvement would be better signage coming out of lanzarote Airport building to show that all the rentals were the very far side of the car park.

Could do Better
1. Issues with Enterprise and the response was that it was all down to what enterprise were willing to do 2. Failure to offer a full refund when Enterprise tried to charge us or provide a downgraded vehicle I think that its Carrentals responsibility to deal with Enterprise and provide what we have booked. If they dont have it they have to provide an upgrade free of charge.

"Worry free" guarantee is a scam
I booked a car with their "worry free" guarantee, and have tried to make a claim. They have not responded in 6 months, despite numerous attempts. There is no way to contact them directly - no phone number or chat function. Only an online form or email which they do not reply to. Basically a scam which has left me Β£100s out of pocket.

A fantastic rental experience with Carrentals. Easy to use website and competitive prices. We used Enterprise cars and it was honestly was the best rental experience ever. Customer service was excellent.
