5 star service every time. Fantastic value for money, never had an issue.

Easy to book, reasonable rate and excellent support during and after rental period. All inclusions fully explained and documented, providing warnings not to be coerced into hire desk add ons that are already included in the hire rate.

Easy to find the car I wanted
Easy to find the car I wanted, and best of all free cancellation so that when the price drops (as it nearly always does close to hire date) I can rebook. Including the excess insurance at a competitive price also saves time buying it separately.

Booked & paid for a car more upfront
Booked & paid for a car more upfront, got to europecar to collect & due to failing a soft credit check they told me they couldnβt give me a car. I contacted car rentals & was told that no refund would be given as it states on the terms & conditions a credit check would be carried out (not disputing this) however I was completely unaware I would fail this! After many hours to trying to speak to a helpful advisor i gave us. I was told I should have called europecar beforehand and checked if I was going to pass the credit check. Take your money quick enough but wonβt give you it back despite never receiving the service! Avoid!!!

Very happy with our experience of using car rentals. Hired a car for 5 days from Dublin airport. Everything was straightforward and transparent with booking process, at the collection desk and the drop off. I booked a standard budget car, but the booked vehicle wasnβt ready when we got to the rental village so they immediately gave us an upgrade without charging me extra. Will happily use again and recommend

I've been using carrentals for years and have always had excellent service. The website is easy to use and when I've had to make changes or had complications with my rental - they have always sorted it out with the minimum of fuss.

Excellent Service
Excellent service - all documentation was clear with directions for car collection, phone numbers in case of delay or other emergency. There were no hidden extras. I was particularly impressed with the return reminder email, complete with photos as to what to check and what was expected on return. Would definitely use Carrentals.co.uk again and will recommend to friends and family

Terrible
Terrible, booked rental for Munich airport pickup, for use in Germany and Austria. Arrived, car rental company Flexi Munich Airport not present in Airport, and not allow car usage in Austria and not open 24hours. Rental company fined me for using car in Austria event was booked specifically for that use vi CarRentals. Will never use this website again, terrible service!
