Took delivery of my 2019 ford ranger yesterday, delivery man was great he called and let me know what time he will be arriving. took my truck off the loader, showed me the features, went through the paperwork and made sure i was happy with everything. went out for a drive this morning and what a truck to drive!
i started on my own as a handyman and needed my first van to work with. went to their showroom to have a look at some options. sat down with Layton and spent 15 minutes comparing vans until we found the right one. he was so patient and understanding and gave me some great advice. i ordered some new equipment and shelving for the van which they offered to fit it all in for me which was a great help and i honestly cant thank the guys there enough.
i was recommend by a friend who bought his new work van from here. jason showed me around the van and took me on a test drive. van came with full history and inspection report and with the 3 years warranty i bought i have full peace of mind.
On 29th June 2023 I purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from CAR FIRM. At the time of purchasing the vehicle I also purchased the premium warranty service through AUTOGUARD WARRANTIES. The next day I notified CAR FIRM that there was a smell of burning rubber every time the car had stopped or was at a standstill from being driven. 7 days later CAR FIRM instructed me to get a diagnostic done on the vehicle from a local garage which confirmed that the car required a replacement clutch and I should not be driving the vehicle anywhere else. The Manager of CAR FIRM, Adam KHAN told me to go and get quotes from local VAT registered garages then fused to communicate with me going forward. On Monday 10th July 2023 having found a garage, the mechanic informed me that the car had a burnt-out clutch and Dual mass flywheel costing just under £2400 to fix. On Tuesday 11th July 2023 I contacted CAR FIRM to confirm how they intended to pay for the repairs. CAR FIRM refused to pay for the repairs. This put me in a very awkward position where I had to pay for the repairs myself. Also, I had discovered that the premium warranty had not been set up. On the 22nd July 2023 3 weeks after a lot of phone calls back and forth; CAR FIRM confirmed that my warranty with AUTOGUARD was set up. I noticed that the account start date appeared to be back dated to when it should have been made active 3 weeks earlier. This meant that I was only getting 49 weeks of warranty cover instead of 52 weeks. We also realised that the V5 log had not arrived. On the 9th October 2023 we had to completed a V62 form requesting a V5 log from the DVLA as the new registered keeper of the vehicle. As CAR FIRM failed to do this. I started court proceedings as CAR FIRM refused to talk to me. After a 2-year process through small claims court We won our case and got the full refund for the repairs and court cost. We even use the trust pilot reviews as evidence to show that CAR FIRM are a dodgy corrupt second-hand car dealership that bring in cars and stick a fresh MOT on them regardless of their condition and take your money and will lie and fob you off to keep your cash. If you choose to ignore this review, then please take this advice; RECORD EVERYTHING! Emails, phone calls and all documents as you will need it for when you go to court to get your money back. Also do not believe a word the manager Adam KHAN says as he is a has no problem lying to a County Court Judge to keep your money. He will certainly lie to you. Or do the sensible thing and stay away from CAR FIRM.

Called to reserve a car, it had full main dealer service history, spare keys and everything else, I asked for a asap delivery as my got written off and I travel to work everyday. Guys were so understanding and helpful they got everything done in a day and had my car delivered the next day to my work! Thank you for your help and quick delivery

Visited their showroom last week to have a look at 2 cars that I liked, they let me drive both and when I chose one we sat down to do finance application. Unfortunately because of my credit score I couldn’t get accepted but the service was top quality and I will be coming back to them when it’s time

Sorted finance for me didnt think could get finance till was introduced to there finance manager he done everything for me and got my monthly payments lower than my budget! Well pleased with the service i receieved from this garage and my girlfriend will be looking for a car next month also

Went in to see a car I saw on their website, had a test drive, seen all the paperwork and went through part exchange details. They put a very good and affordable finance deal together. I actually got more for my old car than I was expecting and it went towards my deposit so I was really happy about that ☺️

Just got home following a 6 hour drive from purchasing my new car from this dealer. Sceptical at first and a little nervous considering the distance i had travelled and buying a tuned car but what a result. Well chuffed with my new car it drives awesome and pulls solid. Got home half hour before my brother haha thanks lads

I've been looking to part exchange my modified s3 for a while, I've been offered very low prices or been told they don't want it by many places. I came across one of the adverts of car firm and contacted them. The guys were friendly and actually gave me a very good price for my car, so I put a reserve down on the car and went to see it. When I got there, you could tell that the car was well looked after and cared for. Once I done all my check and they checked my car out we had a good deal and I drove away the same day. I couldn't be happier for both taking my car in part exchange and sorting out a good deal for me.

Applied for finance on the website, got a call from finance manager to say it was all good and accepted. Booked an appointment to go and see the car and it was much much better than I expected and had a thorough clean. They provided me with a full main dealer history and a 3 years premium warranty that I was very keen on as it covered everything
