Took delivery of my 2019 ford ranger yesterday, delivery man was great he called and let me know what time he will be arriving. took my truck off the loader, showed me the features, went through the paperwork and made sure i was happy with everything. went out for a drive this morning and what a truck to drive!
i started on my own as a handyman and needed my first van to work with. went to their showroom to have a look at some options. sat down with Layton and spent 15 minutes comparing vans until we found the right one. he was so patient and understanding and gave me some great advice. i ordered some new equipment and shelving for the van which they offered to fit it all in for me which was a great help and i honestly cant thank the guys there enough.
i was recommend by a friend who bought his new work van from here. jason showed me around the van and took me on a test drive. van came with full history and inspection report and with the 3 years warranty i bought i have full peace of mind.
On 29th June 2023 I purchased a Land Rover Discovery Sport from CAR FIRM. At the time of purchasing the vehicle I also purchased the premium warranty service through AUTOGUARD WARRANTIES. The next day I notified CAR FIRM that there was a smell of burning rubber every time the car had stopped or was at a standstill from being driven. 7 days later CAR FIRM instructed me to get a diagnostic done on the vehicle from a local garage which confirmed that the car required a replacement clutch and I should not be driving the vehicle anywhere else. The Manager of CAR FIRM, Adam KHAN told me to go and get quotes from local VAT registered garages then fused to communicate with me going forward. On Monday 10th July 2023 having found a garage, the mechanic informed me that the car had a burnt-out clutch and Dual mass flywheel costing just under £2400 to fix. On Tuesday 11th July 2023 I contacted CAR FIRM to confirm how they intended to pay for the repairs. CAR FIRM refused to pay for the repairs. This put me in a very awkward position where I had to pay for the repairs myself. Also, I had discovered that the premium warranty had not been set up. On the 22nd July 2023 3 weeks after a lot of phone calls back and forth; CAR FIRM confirmed that my warranty with AUTOGUARD was set up. I noticed that the account start date appeared to be back dated to when it should have been made active 3 weeks earlier. This meant that I was only getting 49 weeks of warranty cover instead of 52 weeks. We also realised that the V5 log had not arrived. On the 9th October 2023 we had to completed a V62 form requesting a V5 log from the DVLA as the new registered keeper of the vehicle. As CAR FIRM failed to do this. I started court proceedings as CAR FIRM refused to talk to me. After a 2-year process through small claims court We won our case and got the full refund for the repairs and court cost. We even use the trust pilot reviews as evidence to show that CAR FIRM are a dodgy corrupt second-hand car dealership that bring in cars and stick a fresh MOT on them regardless of their condition and take your money and will lie and fob you off to keep your cash. If you choose to ignore this review, then please take this advice; RECORD EVERYTHING! Emails, phone calls and all documents as you will need it for when you go to court to get your money back. Also do not believe a word the manager Adam KHAN says as he is a has no problem lying to a County Court Judge to keep your money. He will certainly lie to you. Or do the sensible thing and stay away from CAR FIRM.

If considering buying a car from this company, recommend taking a mechanic with you and checking the car top to bottom before parting with your money. My car had chipped windscreen and missing key on delivery. Allegedly fully serviced but service light came on 2 days after delivery. Worn out brake pads and filthy AC filter found at service. Carfirm staff either not interested in resolving or make promises that aren't kept - still waiting for the new brake pads they were posting 1 week ago. Definitely not trustworthy to buy online on basis of marketing materials. I'm £350 out of pocket for a car I've owned for less than 2 weeks.

look at the 5* reviews, look how non-specific and bland they are, now look at the 1 and 2* reviews, that's where the truth about this company is located. An MOT was done by mates or Mr Magoo. A fault alert on startup - so do we tell the customer or ensure the car is always running when he visits ... what do you think they chose to do? Despite reporting the issue within 2 hours nothing. 4 new tyres as apparently having matching tyres is a good thing and being asked by my mechanic why jaguar only painted half the bonnet oh and 40+ fault codes and a full service later still nothing. Do not spend a penny with this firm, and before you say we have no record of your business. I will make a deal. If I can prove I bought a car from you, you promise to refund me all my costs incurred within the first 2 months of ownership, or as I like to look at it two months after you scammed me. ps look at how they respond to real 1* reviews... that's the real customer service ethic right there. swamp with 5* made-ups and bury the truth...

I was so nervous to buy a car effectively unseen but Car Firm Luton have proven that truly honest car sales companies do exist! The pictures and videos of the car were extensive and the sales team service on the phone was excellent so I went out on a limb and purchased the car over the phone as it was such a great price. Delivery was arranged for the next day (I did have to bank transfer the full amount first which was terrifying having not seen the car in person). The car came on a transporter at the precise time given to me and it was exactly as described...if not better in fact as it had many more extra features than advertised. I would absolutely recommend this company and they will be my first port of call when we come to replace my husbands car next year. Thank you so much guys.

Never thought about buying a car online without seeing it until I came across car firm. All their videos and pictures of the cars were so detailed and when I called up I was given all of the service history and mot details over the phone and even done another walk around the car for me. I couldn't fault the services and they certainly know how to prep a car! Once the car arrived, it was immaculate, very nicely cleaned and not a mark on it. Super happy with the car and the service they've provided me. Highly recommend
