SCAMMERS! Please don't waste your time and money here! What an incredibly unreliable company! They never shipped the products I ordered. I never received my order! I've been waiting for a refund for months now.

So one of my products, has clearly been opened or teared during transport, because the shipment bag is even leaking redbeet powder everywhere. I took two pictures and sent it to Bulksupplements, but I have so far just been ignored, and its been several days now without any answer. I still didn't open the bag they shipped my products in. I am going to do it now and record and send a video of it to show the leakage. I gotta give the company a 1 star, I'll change it when I receive an answer from them, depending on how what their answer is and how the quality of the other products is.

If I could give zero, I would. The worst experience ever! 2 years ago, they allowed me to place an order, charged me, but then refused to ship my order to Israel. Then they said they are trying to refund my credit card, but they technically can't. Then they said I have store credit and let them know what I would like to order, and when I replied, they said they can't send my order. If your money is important to you or you would like to be sure to get your packages, stay away!!

I have used 2 products from bulk supplements: goldenseal root and cordyceps mushroom powder. The latest deliveries showed dextrin as an additive.

received my one kilo bag of beet power, had a hole in it, lost over half the product, and I assume the remainder is contaminated . no response for customer service

2 extracts, ginkgo leaf and huperzineA are using dextrine as a carrier. After a month the product began to cake , even with dessicants added. It is now just a mass that I can barely dig out a dose with a sharp pointed knife. I have purchased hupA as white crystal with other suppliers and never had this problem. I have no idea whether the product or concentration is as stated. It may be but is next to impossible to use now.

I have through the years ( off and on) purchased their supplements. For the most part I’ve not had many issues until recently. 1) When asking for a COA it was dated a year prior, not anything recent. 2) I have posted the same question on every “extract” product of theirs AND also submitted a request on their website asking for their “extraction process”. Which they did only respond to the one item from their site. For reasons only they know, they refuse to post and answer that question on any of their “extract pages” which makes me very suspicious. If you go through ALL their products and read ALL the questions that have been posted by them (I did), MOST albeit not all but MOST times when asking of the source/origin of the ingredients they are sourced from China. When a company refuses to answer and post honest customer questions in regards to their products to me it says quite a bit of the integrity of the company and their products.

product label lies - “magnesium glycinate” contains magnesium oxide?? how do they get away with that. wish i would have read the other reviews here before ordering. avoid this company!

I ordered some Slippery Elm Bark powder from Bulk Supplements. I have been using this product from other suppliers and thought that I could save money by buying in bulk. I wish that I had read the Trust pilot reviews first. The product had a strange almost burnt smell. When I took some, it didn't taste anything like Slippery Elm Bark powder. Rather than soothing my digestion it burnt my mouth, throat and stomach.

I placed an order and payed for 2 day shipping and now I'm being told by ups it's going to take 5 days to get here I won't be doing business with them again

I’ve been buying BulkSupplements.com L-Serine Powder for years for my son, always trusting the quality. But this last purchase through Amazon was a total disappointment. I ordered it on June 23rd, and the product is set to expire this same month — unacceptable for a supplement! Even worse, it has a horrible rotten fish smell that makes it unusable. To add insult to injury, Amazon doesn’t accept returns for this product. So now I’m stuck with something I can’t give to my child. This raises serious concerns about how the product was stored and handled. I trusted this brand and Amazon, but after this experience, I don’t feel safe buying again. Buyers beware!

I recently received a 50grm pack of Lycopene which only contains 5% or 2.5grm of Lycopene, the rest made up of corn starch,sucrose (even though it claims no added sugar), gum arabic,ascorbic acid palminate,tocopherol. So basically a bag full of corn starch and sugar!

Shipping and turn around time is absolutely appalling I used to order before and it would ship from Tasmania pretty quickly Now it is being shipped from the US Took 4 days to even pack and dispatch the items. No one even replies to your emails. Ordered on the 21st. It’s now the 30th and I still don’t have my order. Oh and not to mention it’s now $22 for shipping. Company has gone downhill

I almost ordered a bunch of supplements from this site but thank you for these reviews. I'd rather pay a little more from a more trustworthy company. I hope they do something about their customer service or they're not gonna last long.
