Het had 5 sterren gekregen als het net als voorheen je kon zien wat je bespaart had en hoeveel je terug zou beuren op je jaarrekening. Dat is nu helaas nergens te zien of te controleren

De na service is zeer slecht

De na service is zeer slecht. Heb nu al te wee dagen geen internet en het kan nog wel twee dagen duren. Monteur moet ingepland worden. Moet toch niet gekker worden. We zitten in 2025 kennelijk is budget in de tijd blijven hangen. Goedkoop is in dit geval duurkoop. Bij kpn zelf zou dit niet gebeuren.

Internet continu problemen met verbinding alsof ze het expres doen. 1e maanden geen problemen daarna continu. Dus zij doen iets waardoor mensen een duurder pakket moeten nemen helemaal klaar mee ik ga overstappen.

Prettige dame bij de klantenservice, snel en deskundig en super vriendelijk. Alles werd binnen 5 minuten geregeld. Top!

No internet for 1+ week, they asked me to pay for technician

Some days ago received and installed correctly the modem but no internet. Videocalling with the customer service and their technician, they followed me switching some cables in the ISRA point of my house, so that the problem could be fixed. I wait 2 days to find out there is a problem "somewhere else" and they opened a ticket to solve it (they told me I installed correctly). They say "Friday at 12:00 you will have internet"... well no internet again and I have been clear how urgent it was to me because I work remotely. Monday I call for help one more time, they make me reset AGAIN to end up the conversation with "if it does not work in 15 min then call us back and we will send a technician to your house". Internet did not work after I reset it (again) so I call back. They said they would send a technician but I have to pay for it. I got really upset because I've been flexible and available for them for 9 days and after doing everything correctly they want to charge me for a technician??? I cancelled the contract immediately. I canceled my phone contract as well, and I am going to cancel my budget energy. After all of this, I call ODIDO who has a solution Klick&Klaar, it's a modem that works 5G with internet max speed and unlimited. Less than 1 day, and I got wifi at home, and as well way cheaper.
