No internet for 1+ week, they asked me to pay for technician
Some days ago received and installed correctly the modem but no internet. Videocalling with the customer service and their technician, they followed me switching some cables in the ISRA point of my house, so that the problem could be fixed. I wait 2 days to find out there is a problem "somewhere else" and they opened a ticket to solve it (they told me I installed correctly). They say "Friday at 12:00 you will have internet"... well no internet again and I have been clear how urgent it was to me because I work remotely. Monday I call for help one more time, they make me reset AGAIN to end up the conversation with "if it does not work in 15 min then call us back and we will send a technician to your house". Internet did not work after I reset it (again) so I call back. They said they would send a technician but I have to pay for it. I got really upset because I've been flexible and available for them for 9 days and after doing everything correctly they want to charge me for a technician??? I cancelled the contract immediately. I canceled my phone contract as well, and I am going to cancel my budget energy. After all of this, I call ODIDO who has a solution Klick&Klaar, it's a modem that works 5G with internet max speed and unlimited. Less than 1 day, and I got wifi at home, and as well way cheaper.
