Budget was helpful and easy to do business with supplying plenty of information about my policy.

The annual renewal came up for my Jaguar XK and, to be honest, I simply went with the best price. I have the insurance cover I require and the online process was as simple as could be. Everything went through nice and easy - the best of both worlds, I guess.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!I was given a refund and then due to bank recalling payment they sent me debt outstanding correspondence.My bank confirmed that I should not have been sent debt recovery letters as recall was temporary. I paid again... just to be told that my bank had not recalled the funds. So I should be refunded but I haven't. Customer service say my account is closed and nothing can be seen. Provided evidence but no reply.

Great over the phone service great value

After an early IT issue I was able to navigate the system easily ! After giving a poor review, in order to grab someone's attention, my experience improved greatly! Kirsty was very attentive and helpful, as was the lady in SA who dealt with my issue swiftly and efficiently! I've received my refund for the duplicate policy and everything appears to be on track !

Overall I had contacted budget insurance via phone 5 times . Out of these 5 times on 1 occasion I was given incorrect information on another occasion a girl call handler gave incorrect information and on being requested to clarify kept on muting me few times without telling me that she is going to mute me( there is a difference in putting someone on hold and muting). On other 3 occasions the call handler were knowledgeable and knew what they were talking about and managed to answer the queries. Overall a mixed bag.

Very efficient service And a good price

To be honest it is too early to leave any reviews as my insurance date has not even started yet! As far as going on line and getting car insurance it has been similar to other on line companies so the proof of as to if my experience with Budget is good or bad will be if I am unfortunate and have to deal with them for any claim so will have to see.
