Absolutely shocking company, no help at all, don’t understand how no claims discount works, but from what I know, you can only use a NCD on one policy, told me I had to have it active for it to work even tho I changed vehicle, doesn’t expire for 2 years, tried to double my quote, will never use again. Also charged me £120 for 10 days insuarance. Robbers
