Bought a flat a week ago through Basingstoke Brdges.Has been chasing to get fobs and keys since many weeks -no response,was standing outside my own flat for 20’minutes before someone came to let me in.Now I need to make keys and fobs myself,paying from my pocket.
Sale done -Vanished -No response to emails-not professional.
Matt Bozier was exceptional.
He kept us up to date throughout the entire process, was readily available to take calls and always called back promptly, making the purchase process far less stressful.

Terrible customer service. This company is so inflated and consumed by its wide reach in Hampshire it has no care for its customer base. It can't even keep across it. No Call backs or confirmation emails sent for viewings. Nothing in my junk folder so emails clearly aren't being sent! Several times I arranged viewings on properties to be confirmed by email and then you hear nothing... Call up asking about my booking, no record at all of my interest in said property?!!
On the off chance you actually do get confirmation to see a property, that's never really confirmation. 3 times I have been stood up going to the property at the arranged time and no agent turns up... ??? Call the office: - 'oh I'm sorry sir the house is now under offer.'
A phone call, an email, a pigeon with a note, anything would have been nice to let me know so I don't waste my day turning up for nothing! Fuming isn't the word I'm sick and tired of being messed around by this incompetent excuse for an estate agent. Be warned!!
We are currently in process of buying a property through Bridges in Fleet. Unfortunately the buyer of my property pulled out this week and I have had to re-market. Luckily I spoke to Amy Buckley at Fleet who was very understanding of our situation and put me at ease. She spent time talking to me and helped me understand the current situation. We now have a new buyer so hope to complete soon but want to thank Amy for her time today after a rollercoaster week.
Just wanted to say how pleased we are with the level of service provided by Callum from the Farnborough branch. Having used Bridges previously i wasn't too sure about using them again but Callum has been spot on from the very 1st phone call to the office.
He has listened to our needs and requirements and has been attentive, informative and in general very helpful and pleasant. We only viewed 2 properties and found the experience stress free.

A shocking experience of customer service from a member of staff at Aldershot branch. Not all deals pull through, however, you don't speak aggressively to a customer and warn of not being able to purchase a property via Bridges in the area. Worst customer service experience ever.

Bridges Farnham managed to secure a buyer for our home, at a price we were happy with, very quickly. When the chain above collapsed and the sale looked less certain they helped reassure our buyers, so we were able to move into our new home just before Christmas.
Three e-mails sent to Saskia Blaber over a course of 3 weeks to make enquiries and 3 emails totally ignored and unanswered and this after their Head of sales Martin Coombs attempting to contact us to discuss the very poor service we have had from Bridges of Hook and Basingstoke. They really do not care about offering any sort of customer service at all unless they are using forceful underhanded sales tactics to get you to have a product from them, then you can't stop them from calling you unless you block their numbers.
