The hotel is terrible don't come here it's awful
Had to pay in euro's, while it gave the exchange rate in pounds what it was estimated as was not the final amount that had to be paid, it was more than quoted, we have stayed at this hotel before and we have been satisfied with the service provided, when paying to stay at this hotel it should be clear exactly how much a room costs and not put extra on at the end of booking.
La comida deja mucho q desear
Lo único que no me gusto fue que yo había puesto en mi pedido que deseo una cama grande entera pero en la habitación encontré dos camas juntas.

Trato muy amable,pero carece de actividades,aparte la piscina cerrada osea el finde a sido regular por que los niños les apoderaba el aburrimiento.limpieza,habitaciones y bufet muy bueno

Desilusionada.. despues de 2 años sin descansar pillo este viaje junto a mis padrinos y cual es la sorpresa que no hay piscina... hay que ir a 10 min andando evidentemente no podemos pues 1de los tres q ibamos tiene minusvalía y no es posible poder andar tanto. Asi que se nos va el finde como si estuviéramos en sevilla. Encerrados sin piscina... Luego el snack supercorto y las bebidas blancas son pésimas... voy a muchos hoteles y a este sintiéndolo mucho no lo recomiendo...el personal currante amable eso si...
En estos días pasados nuestra asociación de mayores ha compartido varios días en vuestro hotel, cerca de 100 personas que disfrutamos con vosotros, enhorabuena fue todo estupendo sobre todo el trato del personal, la comida muy bien y la animación nocturna. Repetiremos FELIZ NAVIDAD a todo el personal del Hotel

Beer served in small glasses. Rooms very dated. Music and entertainment awful. Should have tea & coffee making facilities in room. Air con off in December had to have patio doors open so woken up early by bin men. Food ok. Will not be back .
When you go for dinner a lot of food was finishing early.

The Cervantes hotel in Torremolinos is superb. I stay every January and enjoy the all inclusive deal.
