Buffet Auswahl sehr gut. Geschmacklich eher durchschnittlich. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausstattung des Hauses ueberaltert, zwar sind einige Zimmer neu gemacht, aber das gesamte Haus brauchte eine gesamt Renovierung. Insbesondere auch im Speisesaal die Sitzmoebel sind wackelig und zum Teil ist die Sitzflaeche sehr angeschmutzt da aus Stoff. Scheinbar ca 30 Jahre alt. Im Haus wird sehr viel Einwegplastik verwendet, ob bei den Portionsshampoos, Duschgels, beim Frühstück Butter und Marmelade in Portionspackungen und an der Poolbar nur Plastikteller, Becher, Besteck. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist sehr gut, abwechslungsreich. Geschmacklich eher neutral.

Lovely hotel, big rooms, & immaculate through out, food was fab, & more than enough choice for everyone, definitely recommend

Lovely helpful staff who always try to give us the apartment we want and solve any problems without delay. Gate immediately on to the prom which is a great asset to the site. Everywhere spotlessly clean even though the apartments are dated. Very quiet at night. Keep going back as we like it so much.

It was very easy to book. This will be our second visit it's a lovely place for a holiday and very good value.

Very bad communication with the Hotel. They rarely anwser phones or E-Mails. They do not introduce themselves on the phone or sign their emails. So you do not know to whom you are talking to. There was a problem with my Credit card and I tried to arrange a payment through a bank. But I was unable to communicate that with their personnal. Indeed very poor language skills. I had to cancel my reservation.

Stayed at Lagos De Cesar. Outstanding hotel. Food was plentiful and a great choice. Some of it could have been slightly hotter but didn't stop us from eating it. Drinks were great. Usual local spirits for all inclusive. Staff were outstanding (especially Nuria). All around and excellent hotel. Have booked again for next year

Enjoy Torremolinos have been going for many years,first time last year at Cervantes pleasantly surprised at hotel,so trying again in February.

Sehr gute und schnelle Problemlösung nach Buchungsbestätigung. Es fehlt aber eine Möglichkeit eine Buchung zu stornieren. Dann wäre es noch einfacher gewesen.

Very friendly staff. Food had an excellent choice and was super value for money. Juan & Chario restaurant staff were so hard working and helpful. Communal areas clean and tidy. Room a little tired and dated, but we never spent anytime in it other than showering and sleeping. Very short walk to the beach and supermarkets. 2 sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach €13.5 but plenty of room to lie out on one of the best beaches on the island if you don't wish to hire one. This budget hotel is excellent value for money. Weekly charges for safes, aircon, tv, pool towels and hairdryer. Which possibly accounts for low cost. None of this affected our stay but something to bare in mind. Overall a perfect 4 day break in Jandia during our month tour of the Canaries.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cervantes, we stayed 3yrs ago and I can honestly say we saw a big improvement, food was a lot better more choice as was the entertainment. Have booked to go again in March. Great hotel Great location.
