Aunque la visita ha sido corta, todo ha estado muy bien.

De lo que puedo opinar es de la reserva y la verdad fue muy rápida y sencilla de realizar

El único fallo, la organización de la comida en el buffet, por lo demás todo perfecto

El tema de buscar y reservar por la web, bien. Pero por curiosidad me metí en sus FAQ's y ponía que si te das de alta en las newsletters te mandan un descuento. Pues no... me escribieron después de preguntarles que sólo es para quien ya ha ido una vez al menos. Total, me quedé sin descuento.

Stayed here for a week last week as a birthday holiday abroad. I must admit when I saw some reviews I was a little worried but when we arrived on Friday night we were pleasantly surprised, ok we didn’t get a double bed but was easy enough to push the two beds together worked well and gave us a bigger bed than a double. View was fantastic. Room was clean and cleaned daily with fresh towels and remake of bedding, food was ok I am a fussy eater but there was always something like pasta, salad pizza chips if I didn’t like some of the main stuff on offer, 3 hrs breakfast lunch and dinner buffers that were stocked and topped up well. Staff in restaurant were very friendly and efficient at clearing plates/tables giving plenty of space to sit and not having to wait to be seated even when busy, every morning the staff were out early cleaning the pool, sun beds and even mopping the floor areas! Bar staff were also friendly and fast, Reception and all staff were very friendly and helpful and with is being English in Tenerife most staff spoke fairly good English and understood anything we asked, all in all a fab week and would definitely come back,Thankyou all for making our stay a pleasure!

Todo excelente, desayuno,cena,bar,habitacion etc.personal de 10,menos piscina climatizada k estaba cerrada y cuando hicimos la reserva(por telefono directo al hotel) no nos comunicaron nada ,nos hemos llevado una desilucion

Su web es muy clara y todo me resultó muy fácil de gestionar. Ofrecen descuentos interesantes si reaervas a través de su web! Muy recomendable!

Reserva rápida y profesional

Arrivé le 10 novembre 2019 vers 23 heures pour une durée de 3 jours payé, et après une très mauvaise nuit ( nuisance sonore ) et une breakfast style nourriture cantine ( très mauvaise ) et une chambre assez sale avec des poils et cheveux dans la salle bain, des termites dans les armoires et plaintes, j'ai fait le check out le lendemain à 11h00. ( soit à peine 11h00 après ) Honteux .Le client se laisse attraper par ce grand hotel / imposant de l'exterieur et bien situé. Mais une fois à l'interieur chez décevant et d'une autre époque et sale . Celui - ci a besoin d'être rénové entièrement à l'interieur et a besoin surtout d'une nouvelle gérance . Donc je déconseille FORTEMENT, vous voila prévenu . Goris Rudi

Las actividades de la noche no coincidían con lo que anunciaban. Anunciaron dos noches de bingo y no hubo. El buffet de los bares era bastante cutre. Desayunos bien. Postres ricos. El personal muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa.

la verdad el hotel super bien,instalaciones y el personal muy agradable, llevo años hospedado en este hotel y nada que decir,todo lo contrario.Este año fui en septiembre y la comida del hotel tenia mucho que desear en cuanto a variacion,sin embargo voy a volver en enero y les voy a dar otra un voto de confianza,pues como os digo siempre ha sido todo super bien.

La reserva la hemos realizado a plena satisfacción, aunque con posterioridad hemos encontrado un precio mas barato.

Very easy to book and a good price

View was amazing staff are lovely but room.cleaning and fresh.linen wasn't really available food was basic.burgers.hotdogs main meals and lunch breakfast was only the best meal plastic cup.for drinks would return again but not all inclusive
